Thank you for reading my CV. Let me introduce myself.

I am a professional Sr. Change Manager with many years of experiences in Change management during SAP implementations (including SAP4/Hana). From day one I can propose, in collaboration with all Stakeholders, your Change strategy within your company (including building CoE) and Lead your OCM department successful. I build bridges between the business and IT team in translation and cooperation with all decisionmakers.

What do I stand for?

I am a person who communicates clearly, do not avoid politics and for both, stakeholders and the team, I will do my best to make all tasks visible and feasible. Everyone knows what is expected of him/her and they will be free to use their personal expertise to give their best.

What makes me smile?

I’m experienced in many industries. I like to work in an international environment with different cultures. Besides supporting and monitoring the departments during the change from the lead-up to the Go-live processes can be reviewed and, if necessary redefined. Applications can be tested in the new situation and all involved staff/departments will be trained and prepared for Go-live period. Everything with respect to the culture and political environment and at a pace where people stay connected and motivated.
